VUORMAR fryer lines allow high productivity and optimal control of the organoleptic characteristics of the product thanks to a Plc-controlled process. Based on special requirements, a study of the most suitable thermal source can be developed alongside with the customer to ensure optimal energy efficiency of the entire process by customizing it according to the customer’s needs (LPG, natural gas or electricity).
